Have you a question?

Our services ...

Q: What is your hourly rate?

A: We do not charge per hour, we quote and charge per job. As every home is individual.

Q:  How often can I book your cleaning service?

A:  Most of our clients use a weekly service, however we can come to your home or business on a weekly, fortnightly or even a daily basis. We also offer a once-off service if you need a clean up before the Christmas holidays etc.

Q:  Do I need to be on the premises when the cleaners arrive?

A:  No, but it is important to arrange a meeting with Martina before any cleaners are sent to your premises.  Our cleaners provide the best service when they completely understand your cleaning.  An initial meeting will help make both you and your cleaner happy. If you are not going to be at the premises while the cleaners are there, you will, however, need to arrange access to your building.

Q:  Are ELMMS Services cleaners screened for suitability?

A:  We recruit our cleaners by having face-to-face interviews, background checks, work history examination and identification checks, as well as stringent reference checking.  We contact all referees included in Resumes.

Q:  Am I expected to provide the cleaning products and equipment?

A:  No.  If you are happy for us to use our own cleaning products and equipment, we will bring them on every cleaning job.  However, if there is a product you wish used, you are welcome to supply that product for your needs.

Q:  What happens if something gets broken while your cleaner is on my premises?

A:  ELMMS Services have liability insurance so any breakages will be covered.

Q:  How do I pay for the cleaning service you provide?

A:  Please see our Terms and Conditions for methods of payment.  In general our clients pay by internet bank transfer at the end of each service. For a once-off service, our preferred method is via bank transfer, however we will accept cash to facilitate our client.

Q:  Is it OK to give your cleaners a key for access?

A:  Yes, you are welcome to give ELMMS Services a key.  They will take responsibility for the key and/or alarm access code.
